What an adorable plant - it's wearing a bonnet! This plant is a tough grower that can keep its leaves through most winters. Traps are short and nearly pure red, slightly curved, with an oversized lid shrouding a small mouth. In late season, traps can turn from strawberry red to a deep burgundy, which they will keep through cold weather. An excellent option for the grower interested in something tough yet ornamental for their carnivorous menagerie. Pitchers on an adult plant reach 6-8 inches.
