Hurricane Creek White is a form of S. leucophylla known for its white hoods. The hybridization of clone A and clone F produces a plant that has one of the most unusual pitchers we've come across - a bulbous top, a brilliant white hood, a dark pink base, and a green stem. Patience, however, is required. The plant produces one stunning pitcher in late season, typically in August and September. It grows very slowly in our Oregon climate, so we suspect this plant will grow best where nights are warm and the growing season is long, just like its native habitat along Hurricane Creek in Alabama.
