This is a natural hybrid that you might be able to see in the wild where the range of the yellow trumpet (
Sarracenia flava) and the sweet pitcher (
Sarracenia rubra)
overlap. The pitchers are yellow with light red veins. The hood has a
slight wave and covers the mouth of the pitcher. Overall, it's a
handsome plant.

Sarracenia rhizomes are divisions shipped in 4-inch pots.
Divisions from select mother plants were done in March 2013. Pitchers
are expected to reach 12 inches during their first season after
division.
We grow all cold hardy plants outdoors at our nursery in Oregon. This means your plant will be acclimated for outdoor growing throughout the year. They will experience heat and sun in summer and frost and snow in winter.
