As the name suggests, this is a giant among butterworts! It has thick leathery leaves that can approach the size of your hand. In the right conditions, these plants have been known to grow as large as a dinner plate.

Sunlight: Dappled to partial sun. Avoid hot sunlight.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).
Soil: 1 part peat moss, 3 parts perlite.
Temperatures: Tolerant of cool temperatures but always protect from frost.

After a month, she is doing fine under a grow light and currently digesting five fungus gnats! Two lower leaves have died off, maybe due to getting a little dried out during my travel, but there is new growth in the center so I hope everything is fine.
