Nepenthes truncata x flava (Rooted Cutting)
Both the upper and lower pitchers on this hybrid are impressive - large, funnel-shaped, reddish brown pitchers that lighten as they transition from lower pitcher, to intermediate, and to uppers. The first photo illustrates that quite well! This plant will need quite a bit of space since it inherited its largeness from N. truncata. It also adapts well to a large sunny windowsill with moderate temperatures. Originally bred by Exotica Plants in Australia.
Type of Plant: Tropical pitcher plant for windowsill growing.
Pitcher Size Up to 6-8 inches.
Sunlight: Bright filtered to partial sun.
