Nepenthes (spectabilis x truncata) x aristolochioides
This is one of the more unusual Nepenthes hybrids in our collection. Its pitchers are reddish orange with maroon peristomes. The perisome, however, is unusually shaped. It flares forward, when you view the pitcher from the side, the pitcher looks like a periscope. The plant also gets quite large, thanks to its truncata parentage.
