The term Feist Dog originates from the rural regions of the southern United States and refers to small, mixed-breed hunting dogs. We use that term at the nursery for any Sarracenia with unknown parentage, particularly those from open-field pollination. Many fine specimens that we have offered over the years have come from this sort of random pollination. Because they were first grown from seed, each one is a unique specimen. Each Feist Dog Sarracenia has a personality unique to its own!
Photos are for descriptive purposes. Size, shape, and color will vary considerably. All selection is done randomly.

This was a very nice plant. Doing great!!!
This plant’s color is amazing. I can’t wait until next spring for growing season to see the colors again. Love this place
My garden is cleaner since I've included pitcher plants in my bug control program. The pitcher plants provide a organic, pesticide-free control. I've had pitchers in the garden for the past five years, but after seeing the pitcher tubes get filled to the brim, I decided to add more pitchers to keep up with the supply of bugs available. The shipping method designed by Sarracenia Northwest ensures that the tall, delicate pitcher plants arrive in excellent condition.
with them being so tall, they really flexed their creativity to package all the plants, but this one was just "Wow!" Gorgeous plant!
I bought this plant not knowing whet it was going to look like. The picture they provided was a group shot of what it might look like. And it was surprise when I received it. It was a great looking plant and I would buy any of there plants like this again.
I'm so glad I've found you! Such healthy and vibrant plants!
I bought all of them, from #1-#4. They are beautiful, healthy. They’re coming with a good packaging. There’re so many pitchers in one pot. Thank you so much.
I just bought 3 because it looked good and I was really surprized when it arrived, It was better that I expected. They were in great shape
I got a random seedling that was almost pure red, alongside a more mottled looking one. My mother was really happy with her late mother's day gift.
Plants arrived in excellent condition over three weeks ago. The dragon is putting out additional traps ever 3 to 5 days. I transplanted per instructions but had questions about my pond setting. The helpful staff replied to my questions and helped ease my concerns. Both plants are still looking great. Thanks again to Jacob and Jeff. I am planning on adding to my collection in the future and will purchase from Sarracenia Northwest again.
