The customer service is prompt and first rate. Every order I get has been exactly as described on their web sight and well worth the money. All plants I have bought in the last year or more have been carefully packed. It should be obvious this is a first class establishment that cares for their plants AND customers.
Plant arrived well & healthy. Plant is flowering & doing well. Beautiful flowers.
